I am a licensed clinical social worker, with a Masters Degree in Social Work from New York University. For over 20 years, I have provided individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with all life issues, including anxiety, depression, divorce, chronic illness, chronic pain, pregnancy-related concerns, and post-partum depression, anxiety, and adjustment for new moms.
I bring a unique perspective to my practice based on my own personal experience with chronic illness. My insight in coping with such illness, both personally and as a family member, helps me to further empathize with the physical and emotional challenges involved with chronic illness. This insight and compassionate understanding informs my clinical practice in helping others navigate the various life issues they are facing.
Support, understanding, guidance, and positive direction can make all the difference in your healing. I am here to guide you in your journey, teach you coping tools, and ensure that YOU are getting the care you need.
