At Ocean Waves, our fitness programs are focused on meeting your individual needs in a large, bright, serene, boutique studio. To ensure your safety, we are currently only offering personalized training and small group sessions (2-4 clients per group). Our unique programs are designed to both improve both physical AND emotional strength and resilience!
Our beautiful studio is full of large windows and is without any mirrors, encouraging you to focus within! We want you to put your energy into relaxing and strengthening your body — not examining any perceived flaws.
Our trainers will take the time to get to know you, design a personalized program, and meet your individual fitness needs. We will focus on ensuring proper form, alignment, and technique. Ocean Waves will ensure that you will feel safe and secure and have your needs met with sensitivity and care.
YOGA
Enjoy the relaxing and strengthening benefits of yoga in our intimate setting. Learn the keys to breathing and proper form, with adjustments and personalized attention to meet your needs at any level. We are currently offering both in-person and virtual yoga sessions, with only 4 in-person spots per session.
