Therapy is a collaborative process, with both the therapist and the client working together towards a common goal: helping the client reach his or her potential. As a licensed clinical therapist, I work with individuals presenting with a range of social, emotional, and interpersonal difficulties. My clinical specialties include treating anxiety, depression, family conflict, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions. As a certified school psychologist, I am also qualified to complete psycho-educational assessments to identify learning and social difficulties faced by individuals of all ages. By using a strengths-based approach and employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients, I am dedicated to support and empower individuals throughout their quest for happiness.
I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from Widener University. In the past, I have worked in a college counseling center, community mental health centers, drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility, and outpatient group practice. Currently, I provide individual and family counseling to adolescents and adults.
