Wednesdays @11am: Guided Imagery Meditation Class
Close your eyes and relax as Dr. Kerri guides you on a soothing visualization journey, including deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation. Adults and kids of all ages are welcome. Take a few minutes for yourself to relax and enjoy the meditation from the privacy of your own home. If you’d like, you can stay on and process your meditation experience at the end of the exercise. If you prefer, you can just listen in and enjoy the experience. Our goal is simply to help you relax!
Wednesdays @6pm: Women’s Divorce Support Group
Connect with other women who are thinking about divorce, navigating the process, or managing post-divorce concerns. As the current stay at home guidelines may be exacerbating relationship conflicts and post-divorce concerns, this group is currently meeting every Wednesday. Topics include: navigating the divorce process, co-parenting with a difficult ex, healing from emotional and/or narcissistic abuse, processing feelings of loss/changes due to divorce.
Thursdays @12pm: Coping w/COVID Stress and Anxiety
These uncertain times may be triggering increased feelings of stress and anxiety. So many of us are struggling with the unknowns, grieving losses of our typical lives, and feeling disconnected from others. Parents may be overwhelmed with the stress of homeschooling and/or working from home. Others may be struggling with loneliness or feeling disconnected from friends and loved ones. Join us to share your experiences, connect with others, and learn coping tools.
Ocean Waves is offering free weekly virtual meetings to provide support, connection, and coping tools to help our community navigate these challenging times.
